Take a clean dish, a dry disposable water bottle lid works great for this, add a little clear nail polish, and then add your favorite Dollipop™ pigmented shadows or cosmetic glitters. Use a clean nail polish brush (you can find large packs of these on online shopping sites) to mix and apply to your nails. You can also just add some to a bottle of clear polish with a small funnel. You'll likely want to add some small ball bearings for nail polish (found on online shopping sites) to the bottle to help mix the nail polish when you want to use it because the minerals will likely settle to the bottom as it sits.
