We do offer try-me sizes and sampler packs at a low cost to determine what full-size shadows you may want to order prior to making the commitment, but due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not allow returns or exchanges. That said, if you are unhappy for any reason at all, please reach out as we definitely want our customers satisfied and do, on a case-by-case basis, refund if an item was not at all what you were expecting, incorrect in some way, or due to unforeseen circumstances, was damaged or lost. 

 PLEASE NOTE - Actual product colors may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile device has different capabilities to display colors, and every individual may see colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the product photos were taken can also affect an image's color. Dollipop™  cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. However, we have done our best to ensure that they are as accurate as possible on our end.
