Did  you know that you can also use our pigments to temporarily color your  hair? You can use them as you would use hair chalk; wet your hair and apply the minerals with your fingers or a brush or you can mix with a hair product like gel or mouse and smooth through your hair. 

Things to keep in mind: Pigments will not lift your hair color, so if you have dark hair, some colors will not show up very well. Mineral shadows are not permanent and will wash right out of your hair so this is a good choice for kids. They can transfer from your hair to things like pillows, couches, clothing, other people, so use caution, especially while your hair is  still damp. Hairspray can help set the color into your hair for the day. OH and if it rains, BRING YOUR UMBRELLA! Because it will run down your face and back if it gets wet. Some colors can stain fabrics so be aware of that and if you use your hands to blend in the colors, your hands may be temporarily stained.
 

You can also use clear mascara and mix in our shadows to make hair mascara or lash/brow mascara. Cosmetic glitters look pretty this way as well.  

Natural pigments also make great body glitter! Just mix with your favorite lotion and apply as little or as much as you want. Our Diamond Dust is a great choice for this! You can also add it into body spray for a glitter spray and did you know it’s edible?! Diamond Dust is safe for use in beverages and foods! Add a little sparkle to a cake or your favorite alcoholic beverage!
